The adolescent hoodlum whose hand was hacked off in Sapele, Delta State, for endeavored telephone burglary clearly didn't take in a lesson as he went taking again a week ago. As indicated by Sapele Oghenek Facebook page, he was gotten and thrashed almost to death.
Last April, the youngster slipped his hand through the open window of a house and attempted to get a telephone lying there however fortunes ran out on him when the property holder got a cutlass and slashed off his hand. See past post here. This is very tragic. Will somebody simply help him?
